Market dynamism makes it imperative for the business executives to frequently re-organize their skill sets to tap the mushrooming opportunities on one hand, and on the other to manage the risks arising from the lurking threats. Considering the opportunity cost, it is not always possible to re-skill by taking up education as full time activity.

Centre for Aviation Studies is a source of accessing quality education in Aviation through regular and Distance Learning mode. The Centre welcomes all who are eager to advance education in aviation filed and also  enhance their  skills and deploy the thus enhanced skills to execute challenging professional tasks.
 

• In 2007, UPES created Centre for Aviation studies (CAS) as centre of excellence to interface with aviation industry.

• CAS-UPES programmes are first of their kind in India designed with active participation of the industry. The programmes seek to equip the students with academic inputs and application skills.

• CAS runs a mix of management and technical programmes for the aviation industry at an entry level and for working executives.

• CAS-UPES signed an MOU with Institute of Air and Space Law, McGill University Montreal, the premier Institute of Aviation Law in the world to promote studies in legal and regulatory aspects.

• CAS is the authorized training centre of IATA to offer IATA travel and tourism and IATA Aviation programmes.

• CAS has evolved into an acclaimed institution creating aviation professionals to excel in their chosen field.
